Dorms
Our dorms, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, are set up with two wings to the side, each containing it's own bathroom facility, with a common area in between. Each side sleeps 22 people bunk bed style. The common area is equipped with ONE table and several chairs, full size fridge, coffee pot and sink area. Groups are expected to clean the dorms according to the instructions listed beside the door before they leave.
Please note !! We do NOT have accommodations for couples or families to stay together! We have 4 dorm buildings that hold 44 people in a bunk bed set up. Females will be expected to stay with females in the designated girl's dorms and males with males in the designated guy's dorms. Thank you for your understanding.

Kitchen Information
Please Note! We do NOT rent out our kitchen to ANY groups. The price you are quoted, unless other arrangements are made with our kitchen manager/Director, includes 3 meals a day. Our staff are the only ones allowed in the prep/serving area unless you volunteer to help us clean up, per Dept of Health regulations. This INCLUDES getting ice from the ice machine. We have ice for sale at 1.00/bag or priced by your cooler depending on the size. There will be no reimbursment for meals missed or not taken by a group or member of a group for our week long groups. Please let us know if any member of your group has food allergies or special dietary needs. Our dorms are equipped with a fridge to keep snacks, for those with special dietary needs, etc as well as BBQ grills by the snack shack, but full meals are to be taken in the main dining room provided by us. IF YOUR GROUP PLANS TO SKIP A MEAL, GO OUT AND EAT OR A MEAL IS BEING PROVIDED BY THE CHURCH YOU'RE WORKING WITH, PLEASE LET OUR KITCHEN MANAGER KNOW 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE!!!!
Meeting Areas
Our Chapel
Our beautiful chapel facility seats up to 200 people. It has been used for banquets, conferences and retreats as well as for group meetings. It's available for a separate fee of 75.00/day or 200.00/week. AV EQUIPMENT/SOUND SYSTEM IS NOT PROVIDED. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN.
Outdoor Pavillion
Our screened in outdoor pavillion is a great place to have church picnics, retreats or just chill out or meeting times. Especially on the cooler evenings. We also have several games in there, like ping pong and fuzball. This facility is available to our groups for free on a first come, first serve basis. If planning to serve food, remember this is an OUTSIDE area! You will need to plan on coming early to prep the area and bring your own table coverings, table service, etc.
Activity Room
Our activity room is one half of our dining hall and when is not being used for meals, is available to your group also for a separate fee. It's great for craft time, group meetings, conferences and more.
