Our Staff

Rick Hall is the director of Cone Oasis Baptist camp. He has been working with youth for 19 years now and has a huge heart to see the youth of the RGV come to know the Savior and grow in their spiritual lives. God put a desire in Rick's heart in 2009 that we needed to bring youth camps back to the RGV and in 2011 that became a reality, leading to 82 salvations for the summer and many rededicated lives and some surrendering to full time Christian ministry. He graduated from language school in 2002 and ran Mex Quest International, a missions trip organization, from 1998 to 2009. He was the Director of Laredo Stepping Stone missionary center from September 2001 to September 2009. His desire is to continue to see God's plan unfold for Cone Oasis and ministry explode here in the heart of the RGV.

Rick's wife, "Ms. Kim", is the kitchen manager here at Cone as well as serving as camp nurse, when she's not being a housewife and homeschooling their 13 year old son, Judah. She also graduated from language school in 2002 and helped run Mex Quest International. She was co-director of Laredo Stepping Stone from 2001 - 2009. If you love the food at Cone, she's the one to blame!
